RECOMMENDED USE – As a primer surfacer with better finish for N.C. & other paint system for Automobile & Industrial products.

3. VISCOSITY : 30 + 3 seconds by flow cup no. 4 @ 30OC (50%)
Thinner HP 111 + 50% LPS Grey / White
60 + 5 Sec ( 10: 4 Lacquer : Thinner Solution)
4. FINISH : Smooth
5. DRYING TIME : Surface Dry- 5- 10 minutes
Tack free Dry- 30 minutes
Hard Dry- Overnight
Recoating after 30 minutes
6. GLOSS : Matt
7. FLEXIBILITY & ADHESION : Good
8. FLASH POINT : Highly inflammable
9. APPLICATION : By spray only
10. REDUCER : NCT-2
11.THEORITICAL SPREADING RATE : 10-12 Sq. meter/ ltr per coat at 20-25 micron DFT
12. SHELF LIFE : 6 months in sealed container at normal ambient temperature.
