Heat reducing exterior coating
A high performance heat reduction coating with high solar reflectivity and low thermal conductivity that provides excellent heat insulation & energy savings.
Recommended for commercial buildings, warehouses, factories, metal tanks, water tanks, industrial & godown shades with GI or exterior walls of buildings, cold storages, computer server rooms, electrical control panel rooms, etc.
Benefits :
- Reduces the conductivity of heat from exterior to interior – lowers the inside temperature by upto 5 degree C
- 83.8% solar reflectance (ASTM E-903), re-radiates heat back to atmosphere
- Resistance to UV & IR emission protects coating from damage and reduces heat conductivity
- Resistance to algae and fungus growth results into lesser maintenance
- No dilution required-Easy to apply by brush or roller.
